This is all that it takes to download GOOGLE PLAY on your phone.

To be absolutely safe, you need to make sure that you only install the APKs from a trusted source and that before you download from a site you need to look at feedback of the site to makes sure that the app functions well before it is installed. This will prevent any unnecessary headaches further down the line.
