WhatsApp is an application that in the last weeks gets updated almost every 2-3 days. This is most likely happening because of the new Voice Calling feature that the developers brought to all the Android users.
For now, the Voice Calling feature is not as many expected. First of all, it uses a lot of data, which means that most of the WhatsApp users will make calls via the WhatsApp Voice Calling feature only when connected to a Wi-Fi network. Currently, most of the mobile carriers don’t have super deals on the data plans, but sooner or later, they will need to bring some good deals in order to keep their clients satisfied.
It is good to know that the WhatsApp’s Voice Calling feature has a few issues that many users have reported. According to the reports, the Voice Calls are either lagging or ending for no reason, even if there are no issues regarding the internet connection. Most likely, this issue is happening because of WhatsApp’s servers or because of the WhatsApp client, which will need to be fixed as soon as possible. Otherwise, the application will risk losing a lot of users.
Along with WhatsApp’s Voice Calling feature, the developers finally found a way to let you connect on your WhatsApp account via the computer. However, not many enjoyed this feature, as it is quite limited and you will need to keep your WhatsApp application open and connected to the internet.
WhatsApp Web can be accessed from your PC via web.whatsapp.com and it is supported (for now) only by Google Chrome, Firefox and Opera browsers. To connect on your WhatsApp via WhatsApp Web is quite easy, as you will just need to open the WhatsApp application on your smartphone, select Menu->WhatsApp Web and scan the QR code that’s found on the web.whatsapp.com.
