Yusuke Tomizawa, the producer of Tales of series, has hinted at new remake and remaster projects for the renowned JRPG franchise. A new interview with producer Yusuke Tomizawa and producer Jun Tamaoki, about Tales of Arise, has been released on the internet. While there are no big spoilers in the interview, you might want to look for them after playing the game.

On September 9, 2021, Tales of Arise was published on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC via Steam. With good reviews and nearly 1.5 million copies sold, the game has been a success. Long-time fans of the series, on the other hand, have pointed out that Arise has a number of flaws. One example is the game’s disappointing second half and its fighting system during boss battles.

With no chance to do a replay and no appealing villains, the series’ staples are also gone. Yusuke Tomizawa has revealed behind-the-scenes details and has addressed some of these concerns. He also teased additional remasters and remakes.

In a new March 2022 interview, the producer of Tales of Arise hints at ports and remakes. Yusuke Tomizawa emphasized that any input on Tales of Arise would be taken into consideration. It will be taken into account by the production team for the series’ future, including remakes.

Yusuke Tomizawa initially discussed remakes and remasters before the Tales of Arise’s debut, in a Twitter conversation with fans in August 2021, then again in an interview for Arise’s release. In a January 2022 interview, Tomizawa discussed remakes and remasters once more.

Tomizawa will also be featured in a live webcast on March 22 for the forthcoming Tales of Arise Liberators stage production in Japan.
