The devs from Blazing Bit Games have done a pretty good job with their ‘Nightmare Reaper’ retro FPS/roguelite game. Their creation looks like the classic and epic Doom on steroids, and there’s no wonder why. In ‘Nightmare Reaper,’ you get a weapon and numerous chances to take down powerful and disgusting foes.

‘Nightmare Reaper’ has been launched since early 2022 for PC, and now it has been released for consoles as well. In other words, if you’re one of the game’s fans, you’d better bear in mind that you now have more options to play it.

‘Nightmare Reaper’ is available now for PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X/S, and the Xbox One consoles

Here’s a quote coming from Jonas Ek, courtesy of TGG:

The Cracow-based (Poland) indie games publisher Feardemic and Montreal-based (Quebec, Canada) indie games developer Blazing Bit Games, are today very glad and proud to announce that their dark and violent retro FPS “Nightmare Reaper“, is now digitally and physically available to consoles (PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X/S, and the Xbox One).

In other words, you’d better pull out that dusty console you might have in your closet if you want to use something else rather than a PC to play ‘Nightmare Reaper’!

Surely the game has the potential to give you the creeps, but guess what? That’s the whole beauty of it! The devs really seem to have hit the nail on the head when it comes to this game, as it looks just like a refreshed version of the epic Doom game that created the FPS genre.

Hang in there, as good things come to those who wait! Many more retro FPS roguelite games, such as Nightmare Reaper, will become available for consoles in the future!
