This company has decided to take the Samsung and Apple route by coming with two flagships on the back of each other.
While the most anticipated device from LG still remains to be the LG G4, there is growing news of a new LG G4 Note and with this device, it is expected that LG will simply make an iteration of the G4 and add some tweaks and features to the same, making it a little ‘spicier’ than the G4. According to the latest rumors, the new LG G4 Note is set to become the newest member of the ever-growing list of phablets and this will come as threatening news to the current flagships in this niche, which include Samsung Galaxy Note 4, iPhone 6 Plus and a host of Google Nexus smartphones.
If this is true, the LG G4 will be a massive device featuring a very large screen, probably more than 5.5 inches and it is designed specifically for people who love the big screens. The circulating rumors about the specs and features of this G4 Note make us feel that this device is far much better than the G4. Rumored specifications and features
There are three possibilities of the screen specs going around. There are suggestions that the new LG G4 Note will come with a screen resolution of 1440p. This being the least expected resolution, there are other rumors that suggest this G4 Note will come with a better 3K or 4K resolution screen, however, these arguments are mainly based on the expected screen size.
Better still, these resolutions will give this LG G4 Note a pixel density that is not present on any device. Furthermore, there are rumors that this device will include the UHD technology which is likely to be paired with a Qualcomm-based Snapdragon 810 or newer version and a decent RAM of at least 3 GB or 4GB.
When talking of the design, this device might follow the path of the latest G Flex series flagship that features a curved form and a metal body to add on it. This design will definitely give this device a high-end feel as well as command a similar price.
Release date
The release date of the new LG G4 Note has not been mentioned anywhere just yet. However, it seems LG follows a certain trend of releasing their flagships and this involves a new hardware, that the company feels, will give it an edge in the market. There is no definite time frame between the releases of LG G, LG G2 and LG G3.
Whether LG are targeting the new 4K display or being the first UHD phone ever is still unclear.
