USC Contract To Jack Del Rio

The University of Southern California has reportedly offered the head football coaching job to Jaguars coach Jack Del Rio.

Del Rio played linebacker at USC from 1981-84 and was a catcher on the baseball team in ‘83 and ‘84. Del Rio is 46-years old.

Del Rio played football for the Trojans and would have to forfeit more than $15 million to quit his job in the NFL to come to Los Angeles.

Del Rio's job status with the Jaguars is in question, so if he gets fired he could collect the $15 million plus.

It's believed that former Arizona State head coach Dirk Koetter will come with Del Rio and serve as the Trojans offensive coordinator if Del Rio accepts the job.
