Three people were killed and at least two others are in critical condition after a shooting at the University of Alabama in Huntsville this afternoon, officials said. FirstEnergy buying Allegheny Energy for $4.7 Billion

All state offices in Delaware are closed Thursday, Feb. 11, and the State of Emergency imposed Feb. 10 remains in effect. The closing applies to non-essential employees.
